  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier selection may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

WildPawz is not responsible for delays in tracking updates provided by carriers.


6. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High shipping volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Carrier-related issues

  • CloudRest is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • CloudRest is not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

CloudRest is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Notify us and we will assist where possible.


9. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

  • CloudRest is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.


10. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  3. Include your order number in your message.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.
